Denzel Washington Reportedly Cheated On His Wife Of 30 Years

Star Magazine is reporting that Denzel Washington‘s marriage is on the brink of divorce after Denzel cheating rumors circulated the web earlier this week.
Denzel Washington and his wife, Pauletta, have been married for 30 years and they seemed to be one of those couples who have managed to live in Hollywood and stay together. There have been rumours of infidelity, which is usually par for the course when it comes to celebrities, but Denzel has always flat-out denied them, insisting he’s loyal to Pauletta.
A decade ago, there were reports that Washington was having an affair with his Out of Time co-star, Sanaa Latham, but she also denied the allegations.
So, sure, the Washington marriage has lasted three decades, but it hasn’t always been puppies and rainbows. Whose is, right? But now there’s yet another story that backs up Denzel’s cheating rep. This time, however, there are photos of Denzel with the other woman and someone is looking to make a pretty penny from them.
Radar Online, along with other media outlets/potential buyers, have seen the four photographs, which show Washington with a young woman, him grabbing her arm, and pulling her in for a kiss on the lips. Radar, however, was unable to verify the authenticity of the pics, nor identify the woman.
As for other allegations of infidelity, an insider told the latest issue of Star, “Denzel has always sweet-talked his way out of it. She (his wife) confronted him, and once again he denied he did anything wrong.”
Pauletta recently told Ebony (via Bossip), “I live with this man. I see the down part. I see the sad part. I see every part. He has and knows he has stability in me as his wife. That’s what gives him strength, regardless if he misuses it. I can’t dwell on that. But I do know that gives him a great platform to go and fly.” Um, what? Has Pauletta and Jada Pinkett Smith been exchanging marital advice? Because that sounds an awful lot like something Will‘s wife would say.
A rep for Denzel denies that the Washingtons are on the verge of a breakup or divorce, but oddly enough, didn’t deny the cheating or the photos. Hmm. It seems as though if Denzel has cheated or does cheat, and Pauletta’s… OK with it? Because it gives him strength? Am I understanding all of this correctly? Is that the answer to being in one of Hollywood’s longest-running couples — an open marriage? Or to turn a blind eye? Because that sounds like an awfully lonely way to live. But it also sounds like Pauletta knew what she was signing up for, so hopefully she is able to have a little fun on the side too.
